Speaking with fans during a live webchat over the weekend, Rihanna described her new album as "the next step in the evolution of Rihanna."

Her latest single is produced by Stargate, the Norwegian team responsible for her monster hits Rude Boy and Don't Stop the Music.

The singer, who is in the middle of shooting her first film Battleship, is currently enjoying the success of Love the Way You Lie, her feature with Eminem.
