Miley Cyrus Hits The Town!

The young starlet had dinner with friends at the trendy Asian restaurant and made a new friend in a young fan as she was leaving! How cute! Miley has been criticized by the media recently for going out a lot, but this looks like a nice tame night out with friends!

Miley, sporting new hair extensions, was all smiles as she left the restaurant decked out in leopard print pants, black combat boots and a turquoise necklace. Love the feathers Miley!
