The teen superstar has apologized for the incident in a Twitter post to his fans. Justin tweeted,

"had a great bday and at the end of the night we got surrounded by paps and i reacted in a way i know better. im sorry #killthemwithkindness

it's not always easy but i know better than to react in anger."

It's easy to understand the frustration and anger that can arise from being followed 24/7 by cameras, but that's the price you pay for fame.
