Lindsay Lohan: "I'm Focusing On My Recovery"
Though she's been in the tabloids on a weekly basis for the past several years, it's been quite a while since Lindsay Lohan has starred in a movie on the big screen. While the media has been following her every move and attended all of her court dates -- Lohan has kept pretty tight-lipped about her rehabilitation... until now.
The 24-year-old Mean Girls starlet opened up to Extra in an interview that will air tonight, March 1st.
"I feel great. As long as I'm focusing on the one thing that I know I need to put forth in my life, which is you know, my recovery and stuff, then I'm doing good and that's most important for me," said Lohan.

She seems pretty confident for a girl who may be heading back to the slammer in a matter of days. Lohan's next court date in her ongoing jewelry theft case is March 10. Lohan will have to choose whether to take a plea deal, go to jail, or let the case go to trial.

The troubled starlet seems a tad more mature than she did even weeks ago, acknowledging it will indeed be an uphill battle to prove herself worthy of landing major film roles in Hollywood again. "There's gonna be a lot of steps that I have to go through to kind of prove myself again and get the trust from the people that I respect to work with," she said.
What do you think? Is Lindsay Lohan really maturing? Do you believe she can turn her life around and get her career back on track!? We sure hope so!
