Miley Cyrus Gets Her Sixth Tattoo!
Miley Cyrus and several members of her Gypsy Heart Tour entourage are leaving Brazil with some very unique and permanent souvenirs! Before jetting off to Caracas, Venezuela, Miley had Brazilian tattoo artist Fabio Satori ink up her right wrist, and she then watched as her pals went under the needle in their Sao Paulo hotel room.
This is Miley's sixth tattoo, and while Satori refused to reveal the details of the 18-year-old starlet's new body art, he says she told him to design something that would remind her of a “safe place.”

Miley's other ink includes the words 'Just Breathe' on the left side of her chest, the outline of a heart on her pinky, a cross on the inside of her ring finger, the word 'LOVE' on the inside of her ear, and a dream catcher on the right side of her ribcage, which she acquired earlier this year.
“Miley told her mother that she wanted something that refers to a safe port, something that reminded her that she always has a safe place to return to. The significance of the design is one of hope and a reminder to always have your feet on the ground,” Fabio said. Miley was all smiles as she posed for pictures with Fabio afterward, so clearly she's happy with her latest piece of body art!
