American Horror Stories

American Horror Stories, an American anthology horror TV series created for Hulu by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, aired for the very first time July 15, 2021. Not long after the first season aired, it renewed for a second season. The second season aired July 21, 2022. This show is the third series to come to the American Story franchise. This series is ultimately a spin-off of the original series American Horror Story. This series also features a lot of returning cast members from the original American Horror Story.

American Horror Stories is a direct spin-off of the original series American Horror Story. This series premiers on a weekly basis, and actually has a new horror story in every episode. This series plays on many different horrific fears. The way this show works is, it has all of the same cast members, who all play different characters in each episode. With every new episode, also comes a brand new plot. In the original series, one season was about a coven of witches, whereas another season was about an insane asylum, but they both had the same actors playing different characters. It is the same deal for this series, the only difference is, that they do a different plot with every episode, rather than with every season.

Since American Horror Stories aired, it has received mostly negative reviews. Many critics stated that it didn’t live up to the original series. They also claimed that they were trying way to hard to make it like the original TV series. Even avid watchers of the original series have stated that they would never watch this series ever again. Watchers claimed that it felt like these could be rejected scenes from the original show. Overall, this series has not had the best reviews so far.
