The Outlaws, an American crime thriller comedy created for Amazon Prime Video by Elgin James and Stephen Merchant, aired for the very first time October 25, 2021. The first season consists of 6 episodes in total. After the first season aired, the series also renewed for a second season, which aired for the first time June 5, 2022. The second season consists of 6 episodes in total.
The Outlaws follows seven people with extremely different backgrounds. All of these people happen to also be people that broke the law. All seven of them have to serve community service sentences. This series follows them on their journey to complete their community service. And their journey of getting to know one another. As they are serving their sentence, they end up making a shocking discovery. Which ultimately leads to them getting super close with each other. The people apart of this group are Myrna, John, Greg, Gabriella, Rani, and Frank. Myrna is a black civil rights activist, John is your typical businessman, Greg is not only a Lawyer but a Christian as well, Gabriella is a celebrity, Rani is a student, and Frank is a crook.
In the series The Outlaws, as they are working towards completing their community service, they end up finding something very valuable. They end up finding a bag that has a lot of money in it. What they don’t know though, is that the owners of the money, are extremely dangerous people.
Since The Outlaws aired, it has received some really great reviews from critics. The critics state that this was an absolutely beautiful series to watch. They claim that it was absolutely amazing to see all of these people from different backgrounds come together. They also stated it was heartwarming to see the backstory of all of their lives.
This series has received an outpour of amazing reviews.
