Azealia banks was born on May 31st, 1991. She was born in New York, New York, and has always been interested in acting and singing. As a child, she often went to auditions in hopes of making it on TV or in a movie. For high school, she attends Laguardia, a musical arts school located in NYC. Here, she found her talent for singing, acting, and rapping. When she was 15 years old she began writing her own raps and performing at local events. Her skills and writing abilities are apparent from the start, and soon she starts recording her raps. Azealia Banks began uploading her music to myspace, and finds listeners quickly. Diplo, an american DJ, discovered her music and her music soon became welcomed by a larger audience. Azealia Banks is one of the most talented artists of her generation. She also incorporates many genres of music into her songs, anywhere from house, hip-hop, R&R, industrial, jazz, seapunk, and more. Her discography is very futuristic and her skills shine throughout every one of her songs. Being most known for her rapping skills, she is also a singer and an actor. Azealia stars in the film "Love, Beats, Rhymes" where she plays the main character who is an inspiring rapper. Azealia Bank's first official EP is "1991". Her song, 212, continues to make the list of the best songs of current times. Following this EP, she released a mixtape called Fantasea, which was a homage to her spirituality and incorporates influence from countless genres of music. After Fantasea, she released her debut album, Broke With Expensive Taste. After that, she's released Slay-Z, another mixtape. Azealia Banks continues to tour the world, release amazing music, and dominate social media. She is on track for being one of the most memorable celebrities in all of Hollywood.
