Abbott Elementary, an American sitcom created for Amazon prime video by Quinta Brunson, aired for the very first time December 7, 2021. The first season consists of 13 episodes in total. Not long after the first season aired, it renewed for a second season. The second season hasn’t aired yet, though the second season’s expected to air September 21, 2022. The second season’s supposed to consist of 22 episodes in total.

In Abbott Elementary, this series is supposed to act as if they are filming a documentary. The documentary is supposed to be about what teachers lives are like when they work in underfunded schools. They choose to document Abbott Elementary School because the conditions there are extremely harsh.

Abbott Elementary follows a group of teachers and a principal. These teachers are extremely passionate and dedicated to their job. Though, when there thrown into a public school in Philadelphia, they start to find things quite complicated. At this school they have the odds 100% stacked against every single on of them. Even though there not dealt the best cards, their determined to make the school great for the kids. And help them do great things in their lives. Even though, the teachers and the principal aren’t getting nearly enough money. And don’t have a lot of people in their corner. They love what they do, even if they may not love their specific school and their attitude.

Since Abbott Elementary aired, it has received a lot of positive reviews from critics. Many critics state that this series is definitely one that you will enjoy watching. Some have stated that this series delivers a constant good time. They have also stated their spot on their depiction of underfunded schools.
