Barry

Barry, an American comedy-crime-drama created for HBO by Alec Berg and Bill Hader, aired for the very first time on March 25, 2018. Not long after the first season aired, a second season picked up. The second season aired on March 31, 2019. The next month it picked up for a third season, which aired on April 24, 2022. Barry follows Berry Berkman who is a hitman from Cleveland. His next duty to carry out is to travel to Los Angeles, California to kill someone. After he arrives in California he ends up following the person he’s meant to kill, into an acting class they are attending. After attending this acting class he finds himself actually enjoying it. He then decides that he would like to become an actor and pursue that dream rather than continuing to be a hitman. Throughout Barry, you see him trying to leave behind his career as a hitman and become a better person. Though despite his efforts, his dark past follows him around and proves to be difficult to fully escape.

While ultimately remaining to be extremely funny as well. Overall there are hardly any bad reviews regarding this show, rather critics have praised the show for the amazing acting as well as the amazing plot. Overall this show nominated for countless amounts of awards and has won a total of 18 awards for far. Though many awards are still pending so their may be more awards to come in the future.
