Love is Blind

Love is Blind, a reality dating TV show created for Netflix by Chris Coelen, aired for the first time February 13, 2020. Not long after the season premiered, it renewed for a second and third season. The second season aired February 11, 2022. After the second season aired, it renewed for a fourth and fifth season as well.

The purpose of Love is Blind, is to see if you could actually fall for someone without actually seeing them first. This show strives to see if emotion connection could truly trumph physical connection. This series starts off by having a group of singles enter a building where there are a bunch of pods.

Through these pods, they are able to communicate with possible matches. In these pods they are able to speak to each other, though they can not see each other. Throughout Love is Blind, many couples end up engaged in the pods. It is at this time when they are allowed to see each other and go on a vacation together. If they survive the vacation together and would still like to give the relationship a go. They will them live together for a few weeks and meet each others families.

At the end of Love is Blind it is time for the weddings. This is the time where they truly decide if they want to spend the rest of their lives together, and if love is truly blind. They will then both decide to either go through with the wedding, or if they will leave their partner at the altar.

Since the series aired, the reviews have been extremely positive . And also became the number one trending show on Netflix at the time of its finale. Overall critics have seemed to like the show. And so have avid reality dating show watchers.
