Barbie Ferreira, whose birth name is actually Barbara Linhares Ferreira, was born on December 14, 1996, in New York City. She is currently 25 years of age in 2022. She was raised in Maywood, New Jersey, brought up by her mom, aunt, and grandma. Her dad hasn't been in the picture her whole life growing up. Barbie attended school at Hackensack High School and had an extremely normal life growing up. Barbie Ferreira started off her career with modeling. She started by taking some modeling photos and sending them to American Apparel when they had an open casting call. Since starting her modeling career, she has worked for many well-known brands such as H&M, Forever 21, Target, Adidas, and Aerie. Since starting her career, Barbie Ferreira has acted in a few different things, including How to Behave, a web series. Which was a web series about etiquette. She ended up winning an award for her role on the web series. She also ended up starring in another web series for Teen Vogue called Body Party, which was a web series to promote body positivity. Barbie has also found herself making guest appearances in some music videos including "Boy Problems" by Carly Rae Jepsen and "Prune, You Talk Funny" by Gus Dapperton. After acting in a few different web series, Barbie Ferreira got the role of a lifetime that took her acting career to the next level. She ended up landing a role on the very popular HBO Max series called Euphoria. She plays the role of a high school student named Kat. Since her role on Euphoria she has landed a few more gigs including the movie Unpregnant and Nope. Aside from her acting career, she has also done a little bit of directing as well. She has actually directed a music video for the song "So Cool" by the artist Dounia.
