No American socialite seems to bounce from man to man with quite the vigor of Emily Ratajkowki. Whether she is caught publicly cozying up to Pete Davidson or Harry Styles, she knows exactly how to give the paparazzi just enough to make it look like she is dating the guy, without ever fully committing herself. Indeed, that is likely Emily’s great gift in life: she is one of the few influencers who is able to involve herself in endless high profile relationships while still seemingly playing hard to get. She is a tough cookie to pin ultimately, and a good chunk of Hollywood has tried.
Well, the latest star to join the list is none other than Justin Theroux. Cultured people will likely know Theroux from his acclaimed role on the HBO series The Leftovers, but the masses probably know him from his marriage and subsequent divorce from Jennifer Aniston. Well now he will be known for this one particular date with Emily Ratajkowksi. Theroux, 52, and EmRata 32 were seen “cozying up” with each other at the U.S. Open final in New York Sunday. There they witnessed Novak Djokovovic win his historic 24th career grand slam title, the most in the history of the sport. But few seemed to notice Novak, the focus for most was on what was happening in the crowd with Emily Ratajkowksi.
Reports are that the couple were “awfully chummy” at the match, and would touch each other on occasion, though no official PDA has been confirmed. Theroux was married to Aniston from 2015 to 2018, but it’s clear memories of the marriage are far in his rearview mirror. Still, not many are betting on these two to become a full-fledged couple at this point. The age gap is one reason, but Emily’s unpredictable behavior and pension for relationship-jumping is the other. Chances are the wise old man Theroux will be able to stay clear of that.
And if not, well who could blame him? Emily Ratajkowski may be easily visible to us online, but in real life she seems to be something of a mystical creature, jumping from public appearance to public appearance and man to man right alongside it. It’s hard to imagine that trend gets bucked by Justin Theroux.
