Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez was born on July 24, 1969, in New York City. She is currently 53 years of age as of 2022. Lopez grew up in what she described as a very strict family. She grew up following the Roman Catholic religion which required her to attend mass every Sunday, as well as attend a catholic school. In school, she actually played a few different sports including track, gymnastics, as well as softball. She also participated in the school's musicals. She did end up attending college, though, she did ultimately decide to leave college to pursue a dancing career which her parents were not happy about. Between the years of 1989 and 1996, Jennifer Lopez laded many dancing gigs as well as some acting gigs as well. Some of the different music videos she danced in are Summertime, Can't Stop Loving You, Rampage, and (Hurt Me! Hurt Me!) But the Pants Stay On. After landing a few dancing gigs, she started up her acting career. The first recurring role she landed was in the show South Central. After Lopez got her own agent she landed many more roles in shows. Some of the other shows she has starred in are Second Chances, and its spin-off Hotel Malibu. Jennifer Lopez ended up landing a role that kick started her acting career, and that is when she played the lead role in Selena. Since then, she has starred in an abundance of different movies and has released countless new songs that have been huge hits. Her career has even given her the opportunity to be a judge on the very popular singing show American Idol. In recent years Jennifer Lopez has starred in the hit film knows as Hustlers. She has also got the honor of performing at the Super Bowl for the halftime show.
