Miley Cyrus whose birth name is actually Destiny Hope Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992, in Franklin, Tennessee. She is currently 29 years of age in the year 2022. She grew up with her two parents Leticia Jean Cyrus and very famous singer Billy Ray Cyrus. At birth, her name was originally Destiny Hope Cyrus. Though her family always called her "Smiley" as she was constantly smiling. After a while, they shortened her nickname down to Miley which seemed to stick. She ultimately changed her name to Miley Ray Cyrus in 2008. Miley attended school at Heritage Elementary School. Though later on when they moved to California, she did her schooling with Options for Youth Charter Schools. After seeing all that her famous dad was doing, she decided that she also wanted to be an actress, which led her to take acting and singing classes. Miley Cyrus started out her career by acting in her father's show called Doc. Though she ended up getting her huge and rapid rise to fame when she ended up landing the lead role in Hannah Montana. From there she was a huge star and got many more opportunities. She even ended up going on tours as Hannah Montana and released a soundtrack of all the songs she sang on Hannah Montana. Miley Cyrus played Hannah Montana for many years and released a lot of music whilst playing her. After her time playing Hannah Montana she ended up landing the lead role in the film The Last Song. Though in recent years Miley Cyrus has stepped back from her acting career and is more focused on her singing career. In recent years she has released a ton of hit music and has received countless awards for her music. Some of the hit albums she has released go by the names of Can't Be Tamed, Bangerz, and Plastic Hearts. She has also been a judge on the voice in recent years.
