Selena Gomez Not Wearing Purity Ring Anymore?!

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been the hottest couple in Hollywood recently. Although the two are denying a romantic relationship, Selena has added to the rumors when she was photographed without her purity ring!

Gomez, like other Disney Channel stars, started wearing her purity ring a few years ago to signify her promise to abstain from sex until married.

Selena was seen without her purity ring last weekend, when she was photographed with Bieber in Miami, according to TMZ.

She stareted wearing her purity ring about two years ago when she asked her father for one.

"He went to church and got it blessed," she said at the time. "He actually used me as an example for other kids. I'm going to keep my promise to myself, to my family and to God."

Another Disney star, Joe Jonas, has also seemed to have stopped wearing his purity ring ever since his relationship with Ashley Greene has gotten serious!

No purtity rings are stupid u can wear it when ur haveing sex it is not like it burns u when u do have sex unwedded so y would she take it off for that reason when she can do it and not shout it to the world about it she might of just for got to put it one that morning

I think guilt-forcing young adults into abstinence causes more problems than it solves. Sex is a healthy part of any relationship. Of course, it's scary when kids are screwing around at 12 or 13 but at 17/18 I think they are old enough to take be responsible. Purity rings are ridiculous imo.
